If you use the quote form, we collect what you submit: name, phone, email, postcode, message, optional photo, and how you prefer to be contacted. We may also receive technical data from your browser (such as IP address in standard server logs) if your host or platform records it.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to respond to you, prepare quotes, and arrange visits or work. We do not sell your details. We do not use them for unrelated marketing unless you have agreed to that separately.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract (Cooper Roofcraft quoting and communicating with you) and, where relevant, for legitimate interests in operating a safe, professional roofing business. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
How long we keep data
Enquiry and job-related records are kept only as long as needed for quotes, work, warranties, accounting, or legal requirements. If you want something deleted after a quote does not go ahead, ask when you contact us.
Third parties
Your host (for example Vercel) and email provider (for example Resend) may process data to deliver the site and messages. Those providers act under their own terms and privacy policies. Only use this site if you are comfortable with that infrastructure.
Changes
We may update this page occasionally. The “effective” date is the date you last published this version on the live site.
